I have to be honest, it caught me off guard. The email said something along the lines of "your blog helped me through Postpartum depression...and, has a very special place in my heart..." Say what?!?! My teary reply? "You have no idea how much that means to me." We just thought we were having fun. We didn't know we were helping anybody.
Even if it's just one person. But, it's not. On another occasion one of our contributors was told she "helped put food" on a shop owners table. In that moment I felt proud, so very, very, proud. Yes, in the grand scheme of things what our boys wear, and how many followers they have, or how many likes they get, does not define who they (or what we) are. But, it really taught me to never underestimate the power of what you're doing. Ever. If you are spreading positive go do more of it! Do it the best you know how. Then go do even more.
