I know finding motivation to get fit can be difficult, so I thought I'd share a few last things. Weight loss is a very basic process so here's what I do/did.
- Eat less-I found keeping track of what I eat and my calorie intake was really helpful.
- Exercise more-I like to keep track of calories burned as well. Putting a number on it is really motivating.
- Get enough sleep-Yep, the good ol' 6-8 hours. I've found 7 is my perfect number. As long as it's straight through.
