Today is my parents' 25th wedding anniversary, and, yesterday we celebrated with a breakfast honoring them. We had pancakes, pumpkin waffles, bacon, eggs, and orange juice. We had family over and we all shared stories about my parents. There were a lot of laughs, and even some (happy) tears. It was a lot of fun! I wish I would have taken more pictures, but I was busy cooking and visiting.
Here's a picture of them enjoying the story telling. I shared one of my favorite quotes. It always reminds me of my Dad ..."The greatest gift a father can give his children is to love their mother." I'm so grateful for my dad. He loves my Mom so much, and I can't think of anyone who deserves it more than her. She's smart, beautiful, generous, honest, and always a great example to me.
